Poor Lindsay Lohan. First there was the partying and car-crashing, the hospitalization for "Exhaustion", the dumping at the hands of Fez, the lip-sync accusations, and the Tara Reid dismissal. Now, our downtrodden heroine's holidays are about to get even more jolly — her creepy, tantrum-throwing dad has checked himself into rehab.
Michael Lohan entered a New York treatment facility, to deal with what, we know not. But if there is such a thing as being strung out on pummelling family members, he is surely guilty. Last week, he was arrested for violating a restraining order filed by his estranged wife, who's also Lindsay's manager and mother. Earlier this year, Michael Lohan assaulted his brother-in-law at a family party and he verbally attacked his daughter as she fought back from the throes of Exhaustion in a hospital.
How's Lindsay dealing will all this, you ask? Why, by getting nice and oiled, of course! She tells AP, "My friends are in college now and they're going to frat parties and drinking beer. If I go out in New York or something with my friends, I'll have a drink, I'm not going to lie."
