As the "American Pie" blonde arrived at the hoe-down, she doffed her fur coat, causing one strap of her dress to slip down, and her entire, brand-new left breast to pop out. Flashbulbs popped, the crowd went wild, and poor Tara was fooled into thinking her celeb stock had magically risen.
All good things must come to an end, though, and Tara's assistant hurriedly alerted her to the snaf-boob, which was tucked away, never to be seen again. Until the next photo op.
