The pathetic pop tart, now locked up in a padded cell, "regretted the implants, particularly because her chest was still growing," the magazine reports. "And when her natural breasts became larger, she had the implants removed." Spears has always denied she was surgically enhanced.

Our guess: Justin had an affinity for fishing one of his turds out of the toilet, inserting a stick in it, putting it in the freezer with Brit's Fudgesicles, and then laughing his ass off when she took a lick and said, "This sucker tastes funny, y'all."

Now on to a more devious male influence in Britney's life: Sam Lutfi. TMZ landed their journalistic little mitts on a copy of the restraining order against him:

TMZ has obtained a copy of the restraining order issued last Friday in the Britney Spears saga. We've reported on the order but we just got a hard copy. The documents allege Lutfi drugged Britney.

The order requires Lutfi to stay 250 yards away from Britney, UCLA Medical Center, her parents' homes, siblings' homes, childrens' homes and Britney's homes.

According to the document, "He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything."

According to a declaration filed by Lynne Spears, on January 28, Lynne and Jamie arrived for an intervention — "Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."

The documents claim Sam said, "Adnan is gay … Britney came into the room looking for Adnan … Britney then asked me, 'Is Adnan gay?"

At one point, Britney "picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake." Lynne continues, "Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel." The docs continue, "He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain."

According to the docs, Sam then encouraged Brit "to do tequila shots." The document then claims Sam said, "let's all do toasts with wine." Brit refused to drink.

Lynne claims before leaving for the drug store that night, Sam gave her drugs upstairs "to make her more light-hearted, happy, and fun."

During a dispute later that night, Sam allegedly said, "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave."

The docs claim Brit "changed her three dogs' clothes many times" in an agitated state."

Brit said, "Can I see another psychiatrist so I can see my babies?" Sam responded, "If I told you to take 10 pills a day, you should do what I tell you to see your babies."

At one point, Brit allegedly said, "I want my Daddy up here. I want to talk to my Daddy."

That's all pretty sleazy and awful, but did he ever drug her, cover her face in clown makeup, and then videotape the incoherent results for his eventual profit? Not that we know of. Score one for Lutfi. Stern retains World's Supreme Asshole title–for now.

Britney Spears has dumped her photographer lover and filed a restraining order against him.

The troubled star ended her relationship with Adnan Ghalib – who she is believed to have started dating last December – after discovering he was cashing in on his romance with her by tipping off his agency FinalPixx with photo opportunities.

Britney got her revenge on Adnan by inviting two photographers from a rival agency into her Los Angeles home at 2am on Sunday (20.01.08), saying: "Come with me, let's have fun."

As the group arrived at the property the singer's manager Sam Lufti brandished a paper he claimed was a restraining order banning Adnan, 35, from making money from photographs of the star.

Britney spent four hours with the two paparazzi drinking champagne and dancing to music including singer Amy Winehouse's album 'Back to Black' and one of her own LPs.

One photographer named Roberto said: "We had fun. Britney was funny, very relaxed, dancing a little bit and she carried her little dog all the time. Sam was telling us to not worry about Adnan because they have filed a restraining order against him."

Adnan – who was pictured buying pregnancy tests with Britney last week – insists is unaware of any restraining order because he has been at a family funeral.

He said in a statement issued on the FinalPixx website: "All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning (18.01.08). The reason being that I had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears."

The Los Angeles police department say they are "not aware" of any emergency protective order issued against Adnan.

This is probably just Britney's way of rehearsing for her next music video. We hear she's thinking of employing every pap in L.A. as a backup singer/dancer in an effort to rid the streets of all qualified photographers. It's genius.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears gave her mom a present today — a lawyer's letter — and mom was none too pleased.

The video was shot in Valencia, Calif. this afternoon on a film set where Britney's younger sister Jamie Lynn is working. There are reports circulating that the papers are a restraining order, but TMZ has confirmed that is NOT the case. It is a letter from an out-of-state lawyer. By the way, Britney could not legally serve her mom with a restraining order if she was the one seeking it.

Sources say Britney feels that her mom turned on her in the days before she entered Promises rehab. She also feels Lynne Spears is not stable enough to be around Brit's kids because she may have her own "issues." We're told the letter bluntly asks Lynne to stay away from the children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.

We're also told Spears has become super-protective of her kids and is taking back a lot of the control that others were exercising over her life.

And because one bad mama begets another bad mama, the Fed doesn't want his kids to spend even half their time with Brit. People reports:

Kevin Federline's camp has resisted signing final divorce papers out of concern over Britney Spears's recent behavior, a source close to Federline tells PEOPLE.

Under an agreement reached in March, the pair ñ once they sign the documents ñ would continue their interim arrangement of joint legal and physical custody of their two sons.

"Britney's attorneys are anxious to see Kevin sign off on a divorce," the source says. "But Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney's post-rehab partying."

Federline's camp, the source adds, "wants to make sure that the divorce document makes it simple enough for Kevin to downsize Britney's access to her kids the next time her behavior troubles him."

It's sad, really, that Britney once knew such deep love with both a mother and a husband and now it's completely gone. And both unions had resulted in such amazing works of art too, the likes of which may never be seen again:

Britney Spears is considering filing a restraining order against her mother, it has been reported.

The 'Toxic' singer is said to have visited her attorney earlier this week to make inquiries about the order, which would keep her mother Lynne away from Britney's children, reports gossip website X17online.

Sources claimed the troubled star was furious with Lynne for making her check into rehab to seek help for her alleged alcohol addiction and post-natal depression earlier this year.

Lynne also reportedly sided with Britney's estranged husband Kevin Federline during the couple's custody battle for their two sons, 21-month-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, nine months.

Lynne recently insisted her relationship with her daughter was improving, but added Britney still has a long way to go.

She said: "It's sad that the whole world had to watch her make mistakes that all of us have made at one time or another. "Britney Jean Spears is the sweetest and the most sensitive and loving of all my children. She's just figuring things out."

We don't have much personal knowledge of Lynne Spears (we've never sat for mani/pedis with her while sipping 'buckies), but she seems to be a lady with good intentions. She wants her daughter to not be sad. She wants her daughter to not be a raging drunk. She wants her daughter to not be every fifth-grade boy's introduction to the female reproductive system. These are all good things. Yet Dina Lohan remains unrestrained by any governmental body. Where is the justice?

TMZ has obtained court documents, filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, in which Duff and Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden claim that a 19-year-old Russian emigre came to the United States "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff."
The court documents state the man, whose first name is Max, "admitted to being 'obsessed' with her, has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."
According to the documents, Max "has stated his belief that Hilary is in love with him and that Joel Madden stands in their way."
The court documents also claim David Joseph Klein, a 50-year-old celebrity photographer who is roommates with Max, is also a threat.
The documents state, "Over the past six weeks, the defendants have engaged in an accelerated effort to make contact with Hilary, including visits to her neighborhood, to her mother's home, to her boyfriend's neighborhood … to Mr. Madden's concert venue, and direct calls to Hilary's manager."
According to the documents, the police detained Max at least once at one of Madden's concerts and questioned Klein at the same event.
The stars are requesting a judge to order Max and David Joseph Klein to stay at least 100 yards away from Hilary Duff, her sister Haylie, Joel Madden and his twin brother Benji.

See, here's the problem with delusional men who stalk famous women: They always seem to think that the best way of getting the woman's attention is by killing someone, often themselves or the woman they covet. But if Max wants to get Hilary's attention by offing himself, sure it'll work for a few minutes, but then he's dead. She's never gonna be his girlfriend then. Unless Hil harbors a secret interest in necrophilia. So here's a bit of advice to Max: Next time, try diamonds instead of guns. They tend to work a little better.
