According to The Enquirer, poor Demi Moore has had a miscarriage in her fifth month of pregnancy. Our hearts would go out to her, but according to Demi, she was never pregnant to begin with, so we'll continue pointing at her and laughing derisively.
But seriously, folks. The Enquirer is reporting that Demi lost her baby in her second trimester, which is quite rare: "Demi thought she miscarried because of her age, but a doctor said that was absolutely not the case. Demi developed a problem with her placenta during her fifth month of pregnancy, and she miscarried and lost the baby." If this is true, we really are able to muster up sympathy from the depths of our tarry black souls. But Demi can look on the bright side. She still has her tiny baby Ashton to care for. He still needs bottles and clean diapers and he even has some pretty new facial scruff she can brush and festoon with pink bows.
