And now for the most heartwarming story since Vin Deisel came to Kirstie Alley's rescue: Snoop Dogg has vowed to ditch his pimping ways for the love of a good woman.
The laid-back rapper filed for divorce from his wife, Shante, in May but has recently had a change of heart and is willing to do anything to win her back. He already gave up weed, woman, what more do you want? Apparently she wants the Snoop all to her herself. Due to his wife's disapproval, Snoop is giving up all sexual enterprises, most notably his Snoop Dogg: Doggystyle series of porn tapes. He says, "My wife don't like it. She knows I'm not participating. But you're still being close to it. That's why I'm not gonna [bleep] with it anymore." Does this mean we have to give up hope on that long-anticipated sequel to Girls Gone Wild: Doggy Style? On the plus side, this will free him up to take on more serious projects. Might we suggest Soul Plane 2? Or perhaps Snoop could go the Method Man and Redman route and star in his own sitcom where he interacts with rich white ladies to hilarious effect. Maybe the end to Snoop's pimping days isn't such a bad thing after all.
