On-again, off-again flames Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth are off again. For now. They've decided to take a year off from their relationship so they can give each other "time to grow". I hope Kate means that in the literal sense. Because she's real scrawny, right? Ha ha ha. "Grow". Get it? . . . Get it? Oh sweet Jesus, we're all so hung over. Someone please just come over here with a gun and put a bullet of mercy in each of our heads.
Although "Hollywood's Favorite Eunuch and the Girl With the Fucked-Up Eyeballs" makes for a very pretty reality show title indeed, the pair is splitsville for now. "There's been a lot of heat because we decided to take some time out," Bloom says. "But we're really close. It's unfortunate everything has to be for public display. It's hard when you travel. It makes relationships a challenge. I've always kept everything close to the vest, and that's how I intend to play everything. We've both got a big year ahead, and we thought, just for this year, we'd give each other some time to grow." That's a lovely sentiment, Orlando, but this whole "year off" nonsense is horsefeathers, my friend. Good God, didn't you see how "taking a break" ripped Ross and Rachel's relationship apart?
