Lohan's Liver is FUBAR

We stopped reading the National Enquirer after they axed Anna Nicole's column a few months back (now how are we supposed to get first-person updates on Sugar Pie's BMs?), so we completely missed their recent story about Lohan's recent appendectomy highlighting the general unhappiness of another of Lindsay's hard-working organs:

"The appendectomy was routine, but what doctors discovered in her blood work was not," a source close to the actress told The Enquirer. "Lindsay's liver panel shows her drinking is taking a terrible toll on her health. Her liver enzymes are extremely elevated, and doctors warned her if she doesn't quit boozing she could die!"

OK, Enquirer, whatever. Lindsay is twenty. If she is about to die from alcoholism-related liver disease, her boozing would have to be on the same level as Nicolas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas crossed with David Crosby in the '80s. The CelebNewsWire staff made it through college without having to get a transplant; we think Lindsay will be just fine.
