Sit! Stay! Snort!

gary_busey_thumbs_up.jpgIn the classic VH1 Behind the Music featuring Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne admitted to snorting ants. Last year, Keith Richards jokingly claimed that he snorted his cremated father's ashes. Today, equine-toothed philospher/actor Gary Busey joins them in the hoovering hall of fame. True, the only thing he snorted was cocaine, but it was what he snorted it off of that really makes him a star. According to IMDb.com:

Actor Gary Busey hit a low in his drug addiction days when he found himself snorting cocaine off his dog. The Big Wednesday star, who claims he has been sober for 13 years, couldn't help himself when his pet pooch rolled in a supply of the drug.

He tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood, "I went in like a cropduster with my nose flying first and snorted the cocaine off the dog."

But he got more than he bargained for: "You get a little bugs, you get little hairs, you get grease and goo from the ground; it's not at all a healthy thing to do. But when you're an addict, you don't think of health, you think about destruction of yourself unconsciously."

Ah, so now we know why Busey was so deeply inhaling Jennifer Garner's hair when he assaulted Jennifer Garner on the red carpet earlier this year. The soft, breezy strands reminded him of those days of cocaine clinging to Shih Tzu hairs and was lost in the reverie, attempting to sniff for an errant whiff of Greenies and Frontline.
