So instead of telling you about the shenanigans of possibly likable celebrities, we'll stick with the ones who probably deserve it. Eddie Murphy has been ordered to pay $51,000 a month in child support to the kid he's trying really, really hard to forget exists. That oughta jog his memory. According to News of the World (via Celebitchy):
The settlement will see Murphy shell out £35,000 ($US51,000)A MONTH until daughter Iris Angel turns 18 ó a total of around £7 ($US10)MILLION.We can also reveal that Eddie has finally agreed to see his 20-month-old child.
Spice Girl Mel B and the Hollywood actor have spent 15 months warring in Los Angeles courts. She has been determined to force him to play a part in his childís life.
Sources told News of the World that, under the terms of the deal, both have signed non- disclosure contracts preventing either from discussing the settlement in public.
But one of Scary Spiceís pals told us: ìMel is delighted that the case is over as she just wanted what was right for her girl.

At first we laughed heartily at Eddie Murphy's monetary pain, as we're pretty sure that he's a humorless dick, but then we realized that he's going to have to fund those checks the only way he knows how: by strapping on layers of prosthetics and hogging all of the roles in a movie.
