Her trademark numbers included a hip-shimmying rendition of "Big Spender", Bjork's It's Oh So Quiet" and a sultry cigarette-smoking dance to Henry Mancini's Pink Panther theme tune.
After the show, Carmen got a flaming cherry tattoo and went swing dancing with her rollerderby team before catching a Squirrel Nut Zippers show and working on her Bettie Page fanzine.
