Yesterday, Nicole Richie fell down. But she did not go "boom", presumably, due to her lack of girth. So she fell down and went "tap". Or maybe a weak, metallic "ping", perhaps.

Despite reports that Nicole checked into an eating disorder clinic nutritional facility, she showed up at Hyde nightclub and reportedly collapsed inside early yesterday morning. TMZ.com reports exclusively:

We're told it occurred just before 2 a.m., when Richie passed out and fell to the floor. An employee approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Sources say they told the employee not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. The friends then carried Richie out of the club through the back door. TMZ does not know if Richie went to the hospital.

Not that it would matter. Even if she snapped a femur and had to be admitted, she'd still say "I didn't break my leg! Whoever is starting these rumors is mean and hurtful! My leg is healthy and happy, it is just having a hard time fusing its bone together. I am working with a team of doctors and specialists whose focus is leg nutrition."
